MyMac is frozen on startup

I have tried to startup my Mac via C-R. and alt-C-R but it freezes at Mac OS Utilities page any help please.

I am not tech savvy

iMac Pro

You'd better contact Apple Support or make Genius Bar reservation if your neighborhood retail Apple Store is open or find near you opened Apple Authorized Service Provider to be examined your MacBook Pro.

i have had this problem for months and due to disability and agoraphobia I cannot follow up so I am dependent on on line help. If not forthcoming nothing will change.
