I bought a new phone and did not get Apple TV service

If you qualify, and if you did as described in the guide, and you still do not get to see the year offer, then contact Apple Support. They can assist in getting you the service, if needed using activation codes.

Sorry to tell you this apple but this is shaeful on your part, telling people they are eligible to this for one year when this clearly does not apply. I bought a new iPhone 12 mid December and when I try to see if I was eligible for this for one year I had to put my username / password only for apply to state this is free for just one week and after that I will have to be charged for 4.99 eur per month. Shame on you really- after buying all these apple products by now all this should be free and not misrepresent people with offers. Can someone from apple check this and reply to me by correcting my plan to be free for 1 year instead of 1 week?
