I cannot use my facetime without wifi and am unable to find ways to fix this. I have an iPhone 11

It sounds like you are unable to FaceTime using cellular.

• Make sure "If you're trying to use FaceTime over cellular, make sure that Use Cellular Data is on for FaceTime. Go to Settings and tap Cellular or tap Mobile Data, then turn on FaceTime. If you're using an iPad, you might see Settings > Cellular Data."
• Also, make sure that your Cellular Data is turned on and you have signal.
