I bought an Apple Watch last week and was told I can have apple fitness + free for 3 months. How do I activate it?

Ok so I found the fitness + on my phone but it doesn’t give me a free 3 month option only a free 1 month. I have my receipt for the watch I bought last week and that has no info on it about the 3 month free trial or a code?? What should I do ?
Tap on the fitness+ tab on the phone and you can tap on "Start 3 months free".
