Only US iPhone 12s have the external 5GHz antenna. Other iPhone 12s don't use that high frequency 5G band (but do have 5G).

If you are referring to the 5G mmWave antenna along the side, this is only required in regions where mmWave services are provided. Dubai is not one of those regions.

I thought mmWave gives more speed while using 5G and my phone doesn’t have both.
but now i got it my phone have 5G but not mmWave. And there is no carrier providing 5GHz so it’s okay
There are very few places with mmWave 5G, so it's unlikely you will miss the antenna.
If i move to USA and buy a sim with 5G will it work as fast as LLA version with mmWave antenna phone?

I believe you are vastly over estimating the importance of 5G in general and mmWave in particular.
While technically being able to provide higher bandwidth, it does come with drawbacks. The greatest being it’s lack of rollout and shorter range.
