How do I clear/reset game data on iPad Pro (iPadOS 14.3)

I'm trying to erase all my game data for I Love Hue Too. There's no option in-game to clear anything or start over, and I've been searching for days but all the info I've found is outdated (go to iCloud, find the app, and clear the data there. Or delete the app and reinstall) and doesn't work.

In settings, all I can find is the option to delete the game or turn off saving to iCloud. Deleting doesn't accomplish anything, all my progress is still there as soon as I download it again.

I'm not signed in to any account that I can disconnect.

How the heck can I delete all my saved progress and start over?
