Rear camera and flashlight not working

How do I get my rear camera and flashlight to work again? I’ve had this phone since February 2020 and in the beginning of august I woke up and my camera and flashlight was not working and the only thing I don’t understand is my flashlight and back camera only works on Instagram but even then it really zoomed in. Can somebody help me with it?? because I need my camera
