activating my messages and facetime
How can i activate my message and facetime without it sending me a code?

If your AppleID is setup to use 2 factor authentication, then you must receive a code to sign into any Apple Service using your AppleID. That is the very point of 2FA - nobody can use your AppleID to sing into any Apple service account without knowing your password and receive a 2FA code on one of your trusted devices.
With icloud, facetime or imessage, as long as you stay signed in, you only need the code once, when you first sign in.
