New iPad Air 2020 keeps shutting itself off

I bought anew iPad Air in October and it keeps shutting itself off even in the middle of using it.

Does this happen when you're using a specific app? If so, please complete the steps here: If an app unexpectedly quits, stops responding, or won’t open


We also have other steps to help you with this resolving this: If your iOS or iPadOS device restarts or displays the Apple logo or a spinning gear unexpectedly
