I am no longer able to get voicemail. People can leave voicemail when they call, but I have no way to see they left a voicemail and my phone says my voicemail is empty. I have tried resetting everything and I even got a new phone. Still no voicemail.

VVM is a phone carrier feature, contact yours to resolve the issue.
