Camera Exposure Adjustment Delay "Turn off Permanently"

A friend was asking how to turn off the delay on the exposure setting on his iPhone 12.

I was googling but could not find an answer, so I dug in and figured it out.

Setting > Camera > Preserve Settings > Exposure Adjustment. (Turn On)

Go to your camera, and click the exposure icon in the upper left corner. The guide will come up (defaults to 1s (auto)), move it to the left, to "Off", click the exposure icon again, and it should stay at off.

I have tested it, and it works perfectly for me.

Hope this helps.

I forgot you do have to take a picture, with it set to Off, in order for it to save that setting.
