I have an old iPhone 5s that is currently disabled, but I dont remember the password or the Security questions to the Apple ID the phone has. I also don't have a laptop that can run iTunes to be able to recover it. What do I do?

You would need a computer to reset your phone and take the Apple ID off of it. Maybe you should try visiting your nearest Apple Store and try to get it fixed there?

See if you can borrow a friend's or relative's computer to restore your phone. Alternatively, visit your local Apple Store or Apple Authorized Service Provider to assist you with this matter.
