New app download

Hey guys I need some help I am trying to download a new app to my phone

when i try to download an app it puts out a message that says billing issues And i cent download any new app I have no more active subscribes all canceled and 1 subscribe left for another half a year ‏But this subscribe was already paid for the whole year I don’t know what could it be why it’s happening and how can i fix it please help

I'd start by checking your payment method is current. If your payment method is declined in the App Store or iTunes Store - Apple Support
