Did I get a refund?

Hello I wanted to know that if I got refund on purchase on Hinge. And idk how it went through since the card that’s on my Apple ID profile is not in service. And I tried deleting that card but it won’t let me.

iPhone 11, iOS 14

You mention not being able to remove your payment method. You'll need to add another payment method, then remove the old one. Here's more details:
