When will Apple update their product security certificates to include a more recent version of macOS?

According to Product security certifications for macOS - Apple Support the latest version of macOS that has passed FIPS 140 validation is Mojave. This is now 2 major releases out of date from the latest version of macOS Big Sur.

When will Apple update their product security certificates to include a more recent version of macOS?
