ipad air 4 sound glitches

I just bought an Ipad air 4 and after about 2 days of having it my sound started glitching. I opened an app and the music that played when I opened it kept playing over and over like a broken record. I exited out of the app and it kept playing. I had to turn off my ipad to get the sound to stop. I thought it was just the app but then it happened with a completely different app and now it’s happened with 3 apps multiple times. The sound usually won’t stop until i turn off my ipad. i haven’t dropped it or anything and it’s completely up to date. I’ve only had it for less than 2 weeks
