now what should i do
If you can't reach the previous owner whose ID is on the device and have them remove the device from their account, the device is worthless. Apple won't unlock it for you.

there no apple id or find my i phone active i see
thn i buy & get the phone take with me home when i turn on the wifi 1 min latter phone off & erased & thn i am following the insturiction To active my phone final Stage i got a message from apple They tell me There is a problem with your phone pleace contact your service provider or apple care now tell me what should i do

i am from bangladesh there no apple authorised Shop to get help

No i coonnect wifi & installed sim evrything supported network unlocked
