Cellular on Apple Watch series 6

I don’t have the cellular option in my Apple Watch app. I have the latest update and apple update arch series 6

If you have an Watch Series 6 GPS only, there is no cellular on that Watch.

If you want cellular you need to buy an Watch Series 6 GPS + Cellular model.
