the area code is always 469 but the number is always different, any way to block the 469 area code, regardless of the rest of the 7 digits?

Now I feel this is so bad we are actually getting mocked. I have now received the following message from multiple phone numbers with a link to something:
'Dear User, Your phone has been getting too many spam messages. Clear them now here >> '

Oh, goodness! That would be funny if it weren't such a real problem.
One thing we could do is share what APPs we stared using when spam started. For me I’ve narrowed it down to: DoorDash (I have actual evidence of theirs) and Possibly Wish or Zelle but no proof for those two. I’ve seen Venmo on here as a possibility but never used them.

Gotcha. Sometimes Apple Recommended reviewers don’t read the post carefully enough. Unfortunately, the way the forum software works it is not possible to un-recommend a post or to unmark a post as Solved.

This is not helpful, because it is a text message, not an email. There is no way to report junk mail on texts
Same for me. It all started after I was trying to buy a car and I filled out an online form for cars in the Bay Area CA
I have the same issue after switching over to iPhone . 469 number is annoying.

I've gotten the same texts from the same area code recently. I used to get only a couple a year, now I get multiple a day all from the same area code.
Has anyone had any luck? I’m getting the same (469) area code texts. Multiple daily I block the numbers but keeps popping up.
I have recently signed up for Venmo. I wonder if it has something to do with it.
