unable to print with HP desk jet 2375

Make sure the operating selector is set to macO 11.0

click on the + button to reveal the download for you.

Download the HP Easy install app, put it in your Applications folder.

Open the app, go through the set up stages and this should download the drivers necessary

to get your printer printing.

Or you could try resetting the printing system.

Open System Preferences> Printers & Scanners

highlight the printer in the left column and press

the Control key and click on reset printing system.

Click the + button and re add your printer, click

on Default Printer and select your printer, it

should now look for drivers for your printer.

Thanks for your advice. I have done all the above and I am able to print, but i keep getting a pop up "HPDM.framework" will damage your computer.

This pops up several times and then the printer completes the job.

The other thing is that the scanner does not work at all. The computer sees the scanner, but will not scan....

Is there anything else that can be tried.
