Battery Life

Hi

I recently got an new iPhone SE 2020 (October2020) and the battery is dreadful - I have to charge it more often than my old phone. I don't have bluetooth on, all apps are closed, I don't allow notifications, location services are off, the screen light is at its lowest setting yet I can't get a day out of this new phone (and I work full-time so I'm not glued to the screen the whole time)

Am I missing something, has anyone else had this issue? Sure I shouldn't have to charge a brand new phone on average twice a day? When I switched my phone on at 7.30am this morning I had 54% having not used it apart from checking the news (reading not video) it's already down to 48%

Can anyone advise?

Please check battery health in setting >battery > battery health. If it has gone below 90%, may be issue of battery. You may need to visit service center. Battery should last for 15-20 hours as per you usage.
