even after trying to fix the sound it is still not working

my laptop audio is not working

Hi,

Resetting NVRAM could solve sound related issue.

Reset NVRAM or PRAM on your Mac - Apple Support

If it doesn't help, try to run Apple Diagnostics if it reports sound related issue.

Use Apple Diagnostics to test your Mac - Apple Support
