Refund for apple subscriptions apps

where did I get the refund for the payment I made for the apps??

Refunds go back to the method used to make the payment originally.


How long refunds from the App Store or other Apple services take - https://support.apple.com/HT210904 - "After you request a refund, you'll receive an update [if your request was granted or not] within 48 hours." If your request is granted "the time it takes for the money to appear on your account or statement depends on the payment method."


- Store credit: 48 hours

- Mobile phone billing: Up to 60 days

- Other payment methods: Up to 30 days for it to appear on a statement. [I presume that's if you simply wait for your monthly statement to arrive. You may see it sooner if you check more frequently online but typically it may take a week or two.]

Good afternoon, thank you very much for your kind response to my question.


According to the bill I received from my phone company, the method is Mobile phone billing. However, I do not know if Apple already approved that refund because the bill is still the same with the charges of the subscriptions. Are you going to contact the phone company I al currently paying and notify them about the refund process?


I would like to confirm if the payment method I have established from the beginning was Mobile phone billing or another one, it is just to make sure.


Last question, how could I change the payment method? I want to expand my iCloud and I was also being charged for a subscription of that, but I bought a card of 15 euros and I already set this up on my phone, but I am not sure if you are asking me to pay double times.
