How do I change my iphone 11 outgoing e-mail port to 465? It automatically puts in 587 so I cannot send an e-mail. I can receive them but not send them. I've had other e-mail accounts on this phone and they worked fine.

I finally got it to work. I had to turn off the SSL button in the outgoing STMP because 587 is TLS not SSL. So all good now.
How did you add that account? I don't think you could do it automatically, since your provider is not among the list.

Again, if you still get no help, contact your email provider. They should be able to solve your problem.

Are you using only that email account on your iPhone?
What happens if (just to test) you add a different email account (not provided by SiteGround)?
In any case, I would contact your email provider and explain your problem.

Are you sure its SMTP name is correct? (you can add more SMTP servers, if needed)
Using Gmail I have this (it was automatically set up):
SiteGround hosts my domain and e-mail. When I've tried to add another SMTP server on my iphone, it still automatically adds the 587 port. I have been able to get my computers and other devices to work, just not my iphone on outgoing mail.
I've had two other e-mail providers on my phone for this past year. One of them is pointing to Port 465 and the other to Port 25. I just want to be able to change the port on this new e-mail, but Apple fills it in for me. Is there any way to manually change it? I have tried to add another SMTP server but again it automatically adds Port 587 to it.

Yes, I used Apple's instructions for adding another email account. I've also had my tech savvy friend check my entries and they confirmed I did it correctly.
