Battary and phone processor problem

My iPhone SE device has a very bad battary. Also it has phone processor problem. When I use the phone just for a few minutes, it is getting hot. I just bought it yesterday and these cases are horribble for me. I hated this phone even I have it for 1day

It looks 100 but the problem is still exist. Today, it is reupdate and I will check the problem again if it will exist or not
