Refund for Apple tv

I accidentally signed up for Apple TV and I don’t want this service. I canceled the subscription, however I’m being charged for whole year after trying to cancel it. Please help me with my problem.

The cancellation will only turn off auto billing, to stop future payments. It does not refund the amount that was already billed out. The link provided will be used to request a refund, but be aware that it will be up to their discretion.
