unable to get backup from icloud as cannot receive verification code

I am stuck. my old Iphone cannot turn on. I have a new Iphone SE so I wanted to get backup from the Icloud. However the new phone needs a verification code to proceed. I cant get that code!

Please help!

Are you seeing an option such as 'Didn't Get Code' - Get a verification code and sign in with two-factor authentication - Apple Support?
