Is there a way I can connect my iPad Pro to my Windows PC?

I ended up locking myself out of my iPad Pro (12.9 Inch) yesterday due to me changing the password as a house member of mine found it out. This morning it told me to connect it to iTunes, which a same scenario happened a few years ago with an iPhone of mine, so I think I kinda remember what to do for all of that step.

But the issue is that back then I had a charger that had a USB end as well as the charger end, so I ended up connecting it to my pc with no problem. But this iPad’s Charger has the same charging part in both ends if that makes sense?

So how do I connect it to my computer if it has no usb?

iPad Pro, iPadOS 13

You’re doubtless looking for a USB-C to USB Type-A cable:
