Why has my card charged when my purchase history has no purchase for the charges

Hi,

My card has been charged with 366.9 twice today at 19:36:19 and 20:29:59, where in ther was no purchase done from my end and the history on my account does not show any such purchase done. I have removed my card details for now until this issues has been resolved. Please resolve this issue and I request for a refund, or please call me at the earliest.
