Youtube Premium refund

Hello.

Yesterday I accidentally purchased Youtube Premium (4,99$) instead of Youtube Premium Family (7,49$). Directly after few minutes I paid for Youtube Premium Family. I thought the system will charge difference between them, but not. I paid full amount 7,49$ and payment of 4,99$ was not returned and purchase was automatically canceled.

I wrote to Apple support with request to refund 4,99$ (YouTube Premium), but today my purchase for YouTube Premium FAMILY (7,49$) was canceled and money will be refunded, but I didn’t want it! I need FAMILY subscription

Kindly ask you to help me with this mistake.
