visual voice mail

for some reason the new iphone 12 isn't showing my voice mail -so I can see it and delete it or listen to it? thanks

Your phone would need to be provisioned by your phone carrier to use VVM., give them a call to resolve the issue .

thanks so much. They were able to get the voice mails --to show--but spent --over an hour and they could not figure out--how to get me the ability--to get--the Beta Transcriptions --to read them
