Beats headphones don't connect when all headphone jacks are plugged in

I got beats headphones for christmas and my issue is the regurlarly dont connect when all headphone jacks are plugged in. they are not on mute and the volume is on they work with blutooth but sometimes they need to charge and i cant use them. I would like to be able to use my headphones while plugged in and considering these are 200-300$ headphones this should not be a issue. Any advice?

noneoyourbuisseness,

Thank you for keeping us posted. Have you had the chance to use your Beats Studio3 Wireless with a different device via the 3.5mm RemoteTalk cable?

If the issue persists when using your Beats with a different device, the issue might be with the port of your Beats or the 3.5mm RemoteTalk cable you are using.

If the issue is isolated to your iPad, let us know which iPad model you are using. Also, let us know if you are using an adapter with your iPad.

Please keep us posted.

Cheers!

Perhaps this is Faulty Device?

Based on personal experience. Contact Apple, through Beats, letting them know that this is a device, that is not working (meaning it is faulty). They'll ship you a box, and will look it over. If applicable, then they'd provide a replacement. My Beats Pill went dead - an award, and they replaced it, even without a proof of purchase. Interesting, but so.
