Apple Wallet won't let me add my Allegiant Board Pass to my Apple Wallet on iphone 8Plus

After clicking on the Boarding Pass icon "Add to apple wallet", I get this message "We were unable to add your boarding passes to Apple Wallet. Please try again later. I tried 7 weeks ago on another Allegiant flight and got the same message. Anyone have insight on this?

Are you trying to add it from an app on the iPhone, or is this from an email? If an app, you may want to try troubleshooting the app by contacting the app developer to see if there are any known issues.
