Apple ID

I’ve recently been trying to get Into my other Apple ID but it hasn’t been working because the trusted number that was put in was my cousins. She has gotten a new number and it’s been like a year now. She and I don’t remember her old number so when my phone asks me to put the trusted number I’m unable too because I don’t know it anymore. My question is how can I get in my other Apple ID without a trusted number?
