I have a iPhone 7 and he has a Galaxy. We are on the same plan. My DND is not turned one, Airplane mode is not enabled, he isn’t blocked but it only happens with his phone. I can call him just fine. It causes a LOT of problems. PLEASE HELP.

Go into your contacts > find your husband > click info > ringtone make sure there's a ring tone selected also make sure he's not "Silenced"
Also make sure your phone is up to date, I know I was having an issue where I wouldn't get any notifications for text messages or calls on my iPhone 11 when I updated it worked fine.
