Can’t sign into tv provider in settings.

I can’t sign into my tv provider in settings. It keeps saying email and password don’t match. When I go into safari and sign into my directv account with same email and password it works perfectly fine.

We have been unable to sign in to our new Sony 75 in TV. We have Apple TV and can access on IPad and phone, but we keep ge rotting messages on the tv that verification fails. We have a new Sony 75 TV and can’t seem to login to App,eTV. We can access AppleTV on our IPads and phones.
