Powerbeats Volume balance

Hi,

I have new iphone 12 pro max, and new powerbeats pro wireless headphones.

The left / right volume mix is wrong. The left is lower than the right. This is when using iphone or other devices. I have tested other headphones and the mix is perfect.

This is really annoying. I have also followed the suggestions on previous links, and reset my headphones, and also restarted the iphone after using the forget this device option.

Please let me know how to fix or how to replace?

If we understand your post correctly, the volume on your Powerbeats is wrong because the left is lower than the right. We're happy to help!

Looks like you've already tried a lot of great troubleshooting steps so far. Did you try updating the firmware of your Powerbeats?
