New phone number
I got a new phone set up a new iCloud ID and it is attached to an old phone number. I am not able to log into my iCloud as it tries to verify by sending to my old phone number.

If you cannot remember that old number to the account and cannot login, then you may need account recovery - How to use account recovery when you can’t reset your Apple ID password - Apple Support.
