We see that you're having some trouble with Apple News. We'd be happy to look in to this with you.

First, could you please confirm if your iPhone is currently up to date? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Does this happen on Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both?

Do you see a specific error message when opening the links, or are you unable to open them at all?

Is there any improvement if you restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone
