First, could you please confirm if your iPhone is currently up to date? Update your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Does this happen on Wi-Fi, cellular data, or both?

Do you see a specific error message when opening the links, or are you unable to open them at all?

Is there any improvement if you restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone
