I was just called and told to contact Apple Support because my iCloud account had been breached. I figured it was a scam so I hung up the phone and I’m now contacting Apple Support myself.

It is a scam. Apple doesn't make unsolicited phone calls. If there was a problem you would be notified when attempting to log in, including when logging into this forum. Also see: Recognize and avoid phishing messages, phony support calls, and other scams - Apple Support

One option to consider is Settings > Phone > Silence Unknown Callers. See: Detect and block spam phone calls - Apple Support

I have received more than a dozen calls about iCloud data breach in one day. I have silence unknown callers on - they leave a voicemail that asks me to call 315-232-****. I block each number but they call from a different number each time. Sometimes it says unknown caller. I reported to the government site for fraudulent calls. Hopefully someone can shut this down.
