Why does my M1 Mac Mini keep losing sight of all wireless networks?

I've had this setup since early December, but the issue just recently cropped up. Only real change that's occurred since initial setup is that I have an iPad pro sidecar'd to the mini via USB-C that I've disconnected and reconnected. This did cause a bit of a cable jumble behind the mini because I just plopped it there when I reconnected it. I've straightened everything out in case that may have caused the issue, and we'll see if that helps.

No hubs connected. Network connection is to a linksys router via 5ghz connection. Problem doesn't seem router centric as no other devices connected are having an issue, and when the issue occurs, I seem to lose all wireless visibility to any nearby networks, leading me to suspect that something's going off on the Adapter side. I've cleaned up the cabling in the back to see if that helps the signal. Den.thed mentioned that USB-3 or C cables may cause the issue, so I've also cleaned up everything in the back to see if that helps, too.
