I was trying to install some apps on apple mobile phone unfortunately after download when I try to install GB Instagram, I cant install it even I am downloading that applications from a trusted website TheSmartAPK looking forward to your reply.

The only place you should be downloading third party apps from is the App Store.

There is no such thing as a “trusted website” for iOS or iPadOS applications. The one and the only supported source for apps is the Apple App Store. Downloading and side loading apps from web sites is one well know way to introduce malware, spyware or other malicious code into your device. You have no idea just what you’re downloading and installing from web sites.
Not to mention that any legitimate developer will have their app in the App Store, so if it is also available from some web site, that website is distributing it illegally to begin with, and may well have bundled their own nasty code with the installer.
Alright, but in case if I want to try my own app that I develop and I want to try that app on iPhone?
Then there is a precise procedure you need to go through to enable using your own application on your own device that is explained by documentation on the Apple Developer site.
Apple providers developers with everything they need to develop and test their own app.
