I bought Lightning Digital AV Adapter and its not working now... how can i get it fixed ?

Lightning AV adapter Is Apple planning on fixing the ability to use the lightning to AV adapter? Just bought one ($45 Apple adapter) and didn’t realize it no longer works in iOS 16. Just another reason why I’ve begun to hate upgrading phones. Seems like more and more of the functional features are disappearing.
