apple watch return policy

Can I return my apple watch if it is after 30 days. I do not like it. I can't do the basic stuff it is always time consuming I have to look it up. I have yet to find a button that I can just push one time and get an answer. I just wanted to track my workouts and add a calorie app but this isn't at all making me happy. I had to update mu iPhone software to use the apple watch and now it just won't let me use cellular to look stuff up online. The screen just sits there. I have turned the phone off and on and cleared history but it keeps doing the stalled screen. I am so disappointed and so frustrated I just want to give the apple watch back and uninstall the update on my phone
