Does iOS 14.3 not have the Apple TV remote for the Apple TV 4K?

The Apple TV Remote app from the App Store is indeed no longer available.

However, the almost identical Control Center widget ‘Apple TV Remote’ is now pre-installed on iOS devices, and that will work with Apple TV (3rd generation or later).

Oh hello there. Me too. I am so bummed. Suddenly the remote app stopped working, so I deleted it and tried to reinstall. To my dismay, it is no longer available. I confirmed I have Apple TV 3rd Generation. Now to the "buggy" part with control center and the remote issue. Does not work. How in the world can you enter the code on your Apple TV when the control center does not allow one to scroll? There is nothing wrong with the display on my phone, as it allows me to connect to the Apple TV as a device.

I have iOS 14.3 on the phone, iPhone XS, have done all of the following: Restarted Apple TV, Hard reset Phone, taken off the remote from control center, put it back on. There is certainly something wrong. Apple Support articles did not remedy. Everything is connected to same Wi-Fi too. Maybe a patch is needed on the 14.3 update if others are having the same issue.
