Bootcamp Gaming Extremely High Ping

I have a Mac 2017 21.5in I use to run Bootcamp for games that are only available to Windows. My ping was relatively good a week ago, but now, my ping has skyrocketed into the triple digits. I was wondering if it was my wifi or even my computer, so I ran League of Legends on both Bootcamp and Mac OS and found that in Mac OS the ping was superb but in Bootcamp the ping was horrible. There seems to be a wifi issue with Bootcamp, but I don't have any idea how to fix it.

If you can, turn off wifi in Windows, connect your iMac via Ethernet and test. Also, post the driver version for the Wireless Adapter.

There are known issues with 802.11ax Access Points and some versions of Wireless drivers.

What brand/model of wireless access points do you use? Mesh access points can be problematic.
Ethernet should not have some of the wireless issues. Can you run a speed test on wired and wireless and post a screen shot of each?

Can you post

the speed test from the macOS side, and,
trace route would be very useful to see the path, and,
the latency numbers to the same game servers

I assume both of these are while running Windows. The RTT seems to be fine 5-7 ms is not very different. However, the bandwidth is significantly different. Given these differences, on Ethernet, you should get much better performance.

As a test, can you run ping on macOS and Windows? If you are familiar with iPerf3, you can check performance against public servers.

If you know the name of the server you connect to, you can run

tracert <servername>

in a CMD window under Windows.

The 130+ ms latency is much higher than the 5-7 ms latency for your speed test. Do you see the same latency in macOS?

Can you post the ping and trace route from your Windows side to the game serve on wireless and wired connections?

This game is only available on Windows so I can't cross reference against macOS, but I did run a game by the same company (meaning they use the same servers) that is available for both Windows and macOS and found that there was approximately a 130ms difference between Windows and macOS (Windows having the horrible latency). Thus, it seems to be a problem with Bootcamp because macOS runs perfectly fine.

The iperf3 server that you have chosen is located in Indonesia. Do you see much difference when pinging your game server on Ethernet vs Wireless?

This problem arose while I was connected to ethernet with wifi turned off. I have tested ping with only wifi, but it was the same issue. I'm assuming that the wireless adapter is the broadcom network adapter which I included below.

I'm not entirely sure what a wireless access point is, but I found it had something to do with a router. I live in Korea and have a LG U+ router (I'm not sure if you're familiar with Korean telecom companies). I did a speed test for ethernet and wireless and found a pretty significant difference. The first is ethernet and the second is wireless.

I'm not entirely sure how to obtain the trace route of the game servers because there is no dedicated website or ip that I can find. However, the game displays the ping for each server which I included below. The first is wired and the second is wireless.

The first screenshot is from windows and the second is from macOS. They seem to be relatively the same.

There is a 3-7ms difference between the two, but the problem is that both ethernet and wireless is extremely high even though I am in the game server's region.
