where can i download the new 2020 garageband sound packz

The new iPad comes with a new version of GarageBand and new sound packs where can I find the new sound packs and the instruments ?

If you mean the ones for Macs, they are only available through GarageBand 10.4.2 which requires macOS 11.0.
