Contact Someone:
Contact Apple or your location retailer, see what they offer for services and prices. For a somewhat older phone, Apple May not offer that service, so a retire might be the way yo go about this. Or, contact an AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider):
I. Apple Phone Support:
- Contact Us - Choose Locations
- U.S. (800)MY-APPLE
- Proceed from there as Necessary
Why the Wait:
Phone calls are taking a bit to go through at the moment, due do lots of calls. With the Coronavirus Pandemic, many are at home at the moment, with much time on their hands to contact Apple. So, just stay on the line, and you will get through :)
II. AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider):
- Go Here: Find Locations - Apple Authorized Reseller
- Click: Service & Support
- Enter: your location information
- See: if there is an AASP nearby
- Contact: an AASP that shows up, and find out more about the services that they offer to fix the device
