unknown users found on my system

Hi, i recently found 2 unknown users on my macbook pro late 2013 High Sierra - i deleted them but 2 days later one of the 2 users was listed again. There is not much on this topic online so i was wondering if anyone had an idea what is going at all and how i could prevent this from happening...

The content of the users files were the following (screengrab):

I obvioulsy concerned i have been hacked... any ideas would be more than appreciated!

Zoom. I discovered a new user account was added (MacHD > Users) every time I launched Zoom. (Even without joining a meeting.) I quit Zoom and deleted the account, then relaunched Zoom and presto, the same new user account instantly reappeared. The only content (several subfolders deep) in the user account was the same phone number related files you listed.

I uninstalled Zoom (using CleanMyMac to be sure of a total uninstall) and then redownloaded and installed Zoom again. So far the new user account on my Mac has not appeared when launching Zoom, but I haven't joined a real meeting yet. I'll keep an eye on it.

Hello gramafone,

Thanks for choosing the Apple Support Communities. If we understand correctly, you are seeing users on your Mac that you don't recognize. We can understand why you'd reach out for a solution.

Why do you think you have been hacked or have unknown Users?

What issue are you having?

Listed where?

You will need to provide the full path to these files, preferably not a screen shot—something I can copy and paste...

and paint a bigger picture.
