My iPod is disabled because I forgot the passcode

I found my iPod touch that’s a few year old, but I forgot the pass code. Now it’s disabled. Tried to many times to unlock it. Now it says ‘Disabled connect to iTunes’ when I did I received a error message 0xE8000015.

Is there a way I can unlock it or reset it so I can use it again?
